MPS-Error: ASMClassType (classifier is out of search scope)

Technical Problem:

MPS 2019.2 shows the error message over Navigation "ASMClassType (classifier) is out of search scope" ?

Troubleshooting:

You are probably affected by the MPS bug #MPS-23087: "Annotation value of type Class <?> Don't work when imported as "javaclasses". JAR-Files that contain annotated Java code cannot be imported correctly with MPS 2019.2.

A bug fix for this has been ported to MPS 2019.3, but a corresponding fix for MPS 2019.2 has not been made. A migration to MPS 2019.3 thus also solves this problem.
